GetBlueCat is an ultra-simple note-taking service designed to make everyday note-taking easier, without unnecessary logins, sign-ups, or features — just a blank page and start typing.

The service is based on a unique link. Only you know this link, and you should save it somewhere safe so you can access your note later.

The token is stored in your browser session, so after reopening your browser, the homepage will usually offer you the option to reopen your previously saved note.

Although no one who does not know your note’s link can access it, this approach is not completely secure. Your link may remain stored in your browser history, and someone using your computer after you could potentially find and access it.

Also, if you share your link with someone, they can forward it to others, allowing access to your note without your knowledge or approval.

Premium Features

Users who purchase a license key have the option to set a password for their note. This significantly increases security and prevents unauthorized access and modification of the note.

In addition to password protection, licensed users also get extra text formatting options and the ability to create longer notes (up to 100,000 characters instead of 5,000 in the free version).

A free version is available with essential features. Premium features can be unlocked by purchasing a license key valid for two years.
